IP Devel aims to achieve 100% customer satisfaction rate.

During more then four years of offshore outsourcing activity, IP Devel has always focused on the projects’ quality control. We aim to continuously improve and develop the collaboration with our customers. For this reason, we kindly ask our clients to help us in periodically assessing their degree of satisfaction. Our customers’ feedback is highly appreciated and it is crucial to us.

The purpose of the client’s satisfaction periodical evaluation is to enhance our capacity of constantly increasing the quality of our internal processes and procedures. The resulting maturity of our quality processes takes IP Devel’s outsourcing engagements to another level, our customers gaining the important benefit of a 30-40% lower Total Cost of Ownership.

There are two primary dimensions of the quality process: service delivery and organizational effectiveness. Service delivery is the ability of an organization to deliver the required service or product to its clients exactly as established in the initial agreement. The purpose of evaluating service delivery is to asses its quality, for obtaining guidelines useful in improving the organizational effectiveness.

IP Devel's commitment to quality is proved by its continuous effort to measure, track, and constantly improve its progress. This continuous activity is also a part of the CMM and ISO quality processes.

IP Devel`s quality standards

ISO 9001 specifies requirements to be satisfied by the quality management system of any organization having the ability to provide consistently a product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements and to include processes for the continual improvement of the system and the prevention of nonconformity. ISO 9001 is an important proof of the company’s interest in increasing customers’ satisfaction.

CMM (Capability Maturity Model) for software companies describes the principles and practices that should be adopted by the software organizations in order to achieve maturity in their software related processes, in terms of an evolutionary path from ad hoc, chaotic processes to well-established, disciplined ones.
