Within 2 weeks from the contract signing, IP Devel designates a Project Manager for the entire operative project management. This person acts as a central contact person together with the Project Manager designated by the customer.

The Project Manager coordinates all the activities related to the project and has total responsibility for the project and its successful completion.

Project management methodology
The internal project management methodology is applied to all the projects IP DEVEL runs. The methodology is based on the PMBOK® and is adapted to our needs.

At a very high level, project management is split in three major phases:Initiation, Execution & Control and Closure. During each phase, a number of documents are produced as part of the project control process.
