During this phase we focus both on the product quality and on its capacity of satisfying customer’s requirements in every detail. For this reason, the testing phase is very important for the quality management process and it also involves the activities of redefining and refining the initial requirements.
The testing process includes functional and non-functional tests (such as: performance and stress testing). We create a scenario for every type of tests and we establish for each module the tests to be performed.
For any product we have a structured testing plan including all the testing cases and the reports completed after each testing iteration and bug fixing procedure accomplished.
